MINOTAUR INST. has started selling collaboration items with MXP, a functional design wear brand that incorporates the latest Japanese deodorizing technology.

Caps and hats are important items during the sunny season, but the high temperatures and increased humidity make it easy to sweat, and many people are concerned about the smell of sweat that comes from wearing them for long periods of time or repeatedly.

The newly released caps and hats feature MXP's original "Maxifresh®" fabric on the inside. "Maxifresh®" is a high-performance yarn that has the ability to neutralize and absorb the components of sweat odor, eliminating it, and its deodorizing properties are restored by washing and last for a long time.

Both the cap and hat have a clean, minimalist design with minimal stitching and small prints, making them perfect for fashion. They are also adjustable, so you can adjust the size.

Additionally, wide T-shirts will also be available exclusively at MINOTAUR INST.

The smooth material is made from a blend of organic cotton and "Maxifresh®," a specially processed high-performance yarn made from eucalyptus trees, and is an original material exclusive to this collaborative T-shirt.

In addition to its deodorizing properties, the moisture-absorbing properties of cotton mean that it feels less stuffy. It also features a moderate firmness due to the fine fibers of organic cotton, which is knitted at a high density.

In 2008, Goldwin Inc., in collaboration with the Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency (JAXA) and J-Space, developed "Maxifresh Plus," a highly effective deodorizing material for "space underwear" worn by astronauts.
"Space underwear" has been worn and tested several times by Japanese astronauts, including astronaut Takao Doi during the launch mission of the ISS experimental module "Kibo" in March 2008.
Aiming to utilize the technology cultivated through the development of this "space underwear" to contribute to improving the quality of everyday life on Earth, "MXP" has been launched for the general public as clothing with deodorizing effects against odors such as sweat and body odor.
