日頃より MINOTAUR INST. をご愛顧いただき、誠にありがとうございます。

このたび、MINOTAUR INST. Members におけるショッピングポイント付与につきまして、実店舗をご利用いただいた一部のお客様において、システム上の不具合によりショッピングポイントが正しく付与されていない事例が判明いたしました。

なお、オンラインストアでのお買い物につきましては、本不具合の対象ではございません。

対象のお客様には、多大なるご迷惑とご心配をおかけしておりますことを、心より深くお詫び申し上げます。

現在、対象となるお取引の確認およびポイント付与状況の修正作業を進めております。
2026年8月31日までにすべての確認および修正を完了できるよう対応しております。
修正完了までお時間をいただきますが、何卒ご理解賜りますようお願い申し上げます。

対象のお客様におかれましては、お客様ご自身でお手続きいただく必要はございません。
修正が完了したお客様より、正しいショッピングポイントを順次反映いたします。

今後は再発防止に努め、より安心してご利用いただけるサービスの提供に取り組んでまいります。

We have identified an issue with the shopping points awarded through the MINOTAUR INST. Members program.
Due to a system error, shopping points were not correctly awarded to some customers who made purchases at our physical stores.

Please note that this issue does not affect purchases made through our online store.

We sincerely apologize to all affected customers for the inconvenience and concern this has caused.

We are currently reviewing all affected transactions and correcting the corresponding shopping point records.
We are working to complete all reviews and corrections by August 31, 2026.
We sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding while this process is underway.

Affected customers are not required to take any action.
Once each review has been completed, the correct shopping points will be credited to the applicable membership account.
