payment method
[Credit card] After confirming the credit card payment process, the item will be sent by courier via Sagawa Express.
[PayPal] After confirming your payment via PayPal, we will send the item via Sagawa Express.
[Cash on delivery] After confirming your order, we will send it via Sagawa Express's cash on delivery delivery service.
Payment deadline : If payment is not received within 5 days of placing your order, your order will be cancelled.
Delivery time : In-stock items will generally be shipped within 3 business days after your order is confirmed. (Please note that depending on the delivery date and time specified and the product status, delivery may take longer than 3 business days.)
We will send the product via our designated delivery company (Sagawa Express). If the product is out of stock, we will contact you separately.
Since we share inventory with our physical stores, there may be cases where an item is out of stock or sold out depending on the timing of your order. In such cases, we will contact you separately.
If a malfunction occurs due to high access volume, we ask for your understanding that we will be operating on a first-come, first-served basis.
Your order will be considered complete when we issue an "order confirmation email."
Necessary costs other than the product *Shipping fees, cash on delivery fees, and bank transfer fees are charged within Japan only.
[Shipping fee] 800 yen nationwide. Free shipping for purchases with a base price of 30,000 yen or more.
[Cash on delivery] Please pay the product price, shipping fee and cash on delivery fee when the product arrives.
*For cash on delivery payments, we charge the following additional cash on delivery fees depending on the purchase amount.
(Under 10,000 yen, ¥330)
(Under 30,000 yen, ¥440)
(Under 100,000 yen, ¥660)
(Under 300,000 yen, ¥1,100)
About international shipping
This can be handled by DHL.
Shipping costs will be added to the total price displayed.
About Customs Duties <br>Your purchased items may be subject to customs duties, other import taxes and customs clearance fees when they pass through customs in the country of destination.
These fees are the responsibility of the recipient, so please pay them directly to the delivery company, customs broker, etc. upon delivery.
Please note that regulations regarding taxes and customs fees vary from country to country, so please contact the customs office of the country where you will be receiving the item for details.
Once your order is placed, it will usually be shipped within 1 to 7 days.
Please note that if there is a large number of orders, delivery may be delayed.
Returns and Exchanges <br>If you wish to return an item, please contact us by email or phone within 7 days of receiving the item. If the item is damaged during shipping, is defective, or is different from the item you ordered, we will cover the return shipping costs.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons other than defective or damaged products.
*Regarding size changes, we will be happy to exchange the size if it is in stock.
Regarding returns/refunds for credit card payments :<br>If you paid by credit card, the refund will be processed via credit card.
Depending on the card company and your contract, if a return occurs beyond the card company's closing date, the refund may be carried over to the following month or later.
