About Shipping
Delivery will be via Sagawa Express (within Japan).
In-stock items will generally be shipped within 3 business days of your order being placed.
(Depending on the date and time you specify and the product status, it may take up to 3 business days.)
About shipping fees
Shipping is free nationwide for orders over 30,000 yen (flat rate of 800 yen).
Regarding overseas shipping
Overseas shipping is available via DHL.
Shipping costs will be charged separately from the total price displayed.

Returns and Exchanges
Please contact us by email or phone within 7 days of receiving the product.
In the case of defective, damaged or incorrectly delivered products, we will exchange them for good products or refund you, with the return shipping costs covered by our company.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons other than defective or damaged products.
*Size exchanges are only possible if the item is in stock (return shipping costs are borne by the customer).
